With 8 years of personal
fitness experience, Mike Marchese has seen what it
takes to build a
n impressive physique inside and
outside of the gym. With hands on expertise in various
forms of training, including Body Building, Power Lifting,
Interval Training, Functional Training, Gymnastics and
Calisthenics, he is one on the newest forces in
Personal Training and Fitness instruction. As a
professional and certified personal trainer
, Mike uses
his own experiences and his studies of bio-mechanics,
bio-physiology, and advanced exercise techniques to
create workouts that don't just create bodies that look
great, but function just as efficiently. He has frequently
